You will support the selection and management of asset managers for the Allianz Group's insurance portfolios and contribute to the further integration of sustainability aspects into our portfolios. You will also develop tools and carry out analyzes of our asset managers as well as on life insurance products and funds

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development of new or existing investment strategies jointly with Group Expert Teams (Fixed Income / Public Equity)
  • Lead selection of new and contribute to lifecycle management of asset managers, e.g. reviews, both concerning proprietary assets and unit-/ index-linked products
  • Maintain and further develop analytics related to asset managers, products and funds
  • Promote further integration of sustainability criteria into the asset manager / product selection and review processes
  • Be the main link between asset managers, Allianz entities, AIM functions, and Allianz Group Centers during implementation and run phase of investment strategies both for proprietary assets and unit-/ index-linked products

  • First professional experiences at an institutional investor or asset manager with exposure to investment management and/or unit-/index-linked products
  • Excellent master's degree in relevant fields of study (economics, finance)
  • Advanced analytical skills and affinity to data
  • Proficient in English and German
  • Personal drive and team-player
  • CFA or comparable certification would be a plus
