RE Technologies GmbH is part of Global Renewable Energy Development Holding Company Limited (GREDHCL, an Alfanar Group company). Along with Senvion India Private Limited, RE Technologies GmbH houses some of the best brains in the industry. The centre has the capabilities and capacity to upgrade existing wind turbine designs and to develop future turbine designs. The core competencies are in the area of overall turbine design, system integration, subsystem and component design. The key activities undertaken are covering activities in the area of system engineering and industrialization for entire wind turbines in the range of 2MW up to 6MW for onshore turbines.

  • Definition of functional requirements of the control system feature
  • Design of the controls features using MATLAB-SIMULINK
  • Generating PLC codes following auto code generation process
  • Writing test cases for the controls feature and validating them in SIL and HIL
  • Ensuring quality and reliability of the developed models
  • Driving innovative solutions in your own area of responsibility
  • Effective ollaboration within your team and cross-functional teams
  • Identifying and highlighting development risks to the team leads proactively, proposing mitigation plans
  • Diagnosis of field issues with respect to controls systems

  • 5-8 years of strong hands-on experience in model based development with tools such as MATLAB, SIMULINK, Stateflow and Matlab scripting
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC code generation
  • Working knowledge of Software-in-Loop, Hardware-in-Loop validation setup
  • Working knowledge of controls theory, controls algorithms and mathmatical modelling
  • Knowledge of wind turbine controls
  • Must have experience in co-development of technologies with clients
