Our Legal & Compliance team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!

  • Leading a team responsible for all matters of the corporate office
  • Responsibility for the preparation, management and guidance of all meetings and resolutions of the Board of Management of Uniper SE as well as the management of certain Uniper subsidiaries
  • Responsibility for preparation, management and guidance of the meetings of the Supervisory Boards of Uniper and providing assistance to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Uniper SE
  • Providing guidance and assistance to the CEO and all members of the Board of Management of Uniper SE with regards to day-to-day processes
  • Leading talent, development and succession activity as well as performance management in trustful and close cooperation with the SVP

  • University degree with excellent academic qualifications (e.g. law degree and 2. German state exam)
  • Preferably additional qualification (LL.M., MBA) in an international context
  • Ideally more than 5 years of professional experience with broad experience as stakeholder manager and with deep commercial and business understanding
  • Strong analytical mind-set and structured working style accompanied by a pragmatic approach and an ability to set priorities and experienced at working across businesses and internationally
  • Strong leadership skills with preferably first leadership experience, high level of communication and persuasiveness and proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders as a credible and persuasive leader
  • High level of integrity and trust, excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for people and their professional and personal growth
  • Open to change and passion to enable energy transition, high intrinsic motivation and ability to motivate also in challenging environment
  • Perseverance, self-initiative, assertiveness and cooperativeness
  • Clear and pro-active focus on diversity and inclusive leadership
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
