For our Asset Risk team in Düsseldorf we are looking for you!

  • As part of the Asset Risk Leadership Team (AR LT) you will be responsible to ensure. that safety and operational risks resulting from growth and transformation projects are identified and adequately managed by the Energy Asset Management and Asset Risk team
  • Manage and continuously improve relevant (risk management) processes within Energy Asset Management and Asset Risk
  • Develop, implement and manage a lifecycle safety and operational risk management process for all operational Assets in Uniper
  • Act as the single point of contact to all relevant stakeholders for growth and transformation projects (e.g. growth engineering, project governance, project execution, strategy teams, Asset Integration, Fleets) within Asset Risk and Energy Asset Management Orgnization
  • Provide support for other teams in Uniper on Asset Risk Topics, support projects outside Asset Risk
  • Support the process for operational project prioritization as part of the annual MTP process in close cooperation with the Operational risk team and other Uniper teams

  • Relevant university degree in business administration, economics, engineering or science
  • Experience of initiating improvements, leading change and managing projects
  • Strategic understanding of safety and operational risk management in energy industry
  • Ability to influence across hierarchy, technology and country boundaries and to manage virtual teams with cultural diversity
  • Good skills in IT and software tools (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to undertake international travel
  • Business fluency in English, other (Uniper) languages beneficial
