We are looking for a sales representative for whom communicating with people is a great pleasure, whose main task will be contact with buyers (B2B sales) - retail and distributors in Germany.
We are a Ukrainian company with a full cycle of our own production, which is one of the five largest in the world in its industry. Our product (mechanical wooden 3D construction kits for children and adults) is in great demand in Europe and America and our potential clients easily agree to buy it.


  • Conducting business negotiations with new and potential clients of the company in order to present the product and the company. Ensuring a high level of communication and interaction with clients
  • Providing information to customers and partners about the company's products (conducting exercises, master classes, seminars)
  • Construction and development of distribution, checking the availability of the company's products at retail outlets and creating conditions for rotation of the company's products at retail outlets
  • Search and development of new local sales channels for the company's products
  • Building joint cooperation with the sales staff of the company's partners;
  • Analysis of the product market and active search for new potential customers using a clear and proven business process.
  • Reporting and other administrative duties

  • German language! - confident conversational level b2, c1, residence in Germany. Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is required to communicate with a company representative.
  • The ability to successfully communicate and establish contacts with people, so that after talking with you the client will have a smile on his face

  • Full support at all stages of training, a personal mentor who is interested in making sure you succeed.
  • All necessary commercial and training documents for the product and company, scripts and scripts for key negotiation options, clear and simple functional instructions.
  • Knowledge! Work within the indirect sales channel (dealer and agent) and with all possible sales channels, search for b2b clients for export, a clear understanding of the entire business process of export sales.
