flaconi is one of Germany's leading online beauty retailers. Our online shop's portfolio offers more than 850 international brands and 55.000 products in the categories of perfume, skin care, make-up, hair care, natural cosmetics and accessories, covering from drugstore to organic to premium products.
flaconi was founded in 2011 and has a team of over 700 employees working from three locations: Our HQ in Berlin-Charlottenburg, our logistics center in Halle and our concept store in Berlin-Mitte. We are also represented in Austria and Poland.
Our Category & Purchasing team for the category "skincare" ensures that we have the best in class assortment to offer to our customers in our online platform. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills and understanding of the beauty industry by supporting the team on their daily work and doing market research, as well as performance analyses.
What you can expect in this role
- You work closely with the Category & Purchasing Managers and are responsible for the coordination of new product orders and tracking order status
- Additionally, you support the team in all areas and operational matters, such as the analytical preparation of product launches and forecasting
- You are also responsible for the direct communication with our suppliers on different matters, such as collecting product related information
- You maintain product related data as out of stocks, product visuals and set connections
- You support the evaluation and onboarding of new brands into our portfolio
- Enrollment in an economically oriented course of studies such as business administration, economics or a similar field
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the role, and availability to join us for at least one year
- Fluent in German and very good English language skills
- Confident handling of MS Office or G-Suite (especially Excel), an affinity for numbers and an analytical way of thinking. SQL skills are a plus!

- Full transparency: For this role, we offer you a fixed hourly salary between 14€ and 16€. The salary you can expect will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process and the progress of your studies
