As a Working Student supporting Talent Acquisition, you will be an integral part of our small, supportive team. We believe in equipping students with the tools they need to kick-start their professional careers. You will have the opportunity to bring your ideas to the table and see them implemented, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our recruitment processes. This role provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and play a key role in our mission to find and hire the best talent.

In this position, you will support a variety of activities, including:

  • Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Supporting the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Conducting initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet necessary qualifications and criteria.
  • Creating employee files and contracts.
  • Maintaining regular contact with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers.
  • Coordinating our monthly onboarding program for new employees.


Who you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least one more year of studies to go.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Driven and curious.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with making phone calls.
  • A team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and German.
  • Previous experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is a welcome bonus.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
