Analysing and optimising global sourcing processes for all ALDI SOUTH countries, focusing on a process for entering, managing and publishing product specifications (e.g. allergens, nutrients) as well as for providing the necessary data for marketing activities Evaluating and prioritising demands related to product information management in order to improve processes and usability, with a strong focus on a global product strategy reparing and executing tests of new implementations; creating user documentation Taking responsibility for various organisational and project management tasks in close collaboration with our international colleagues Realising train-the-trainer sessions Your Profile What you bring with you. Degree with a focus on project or process management Professional experience in buying, project or process management Agile mindset and experience applying agile frameworks in a scaled environment Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as decision-making skills in complex environments Ability to manage various stakeholders independently Professional proficiency in English Positive can-do attitude, high degree of self-motivation and strong communication skills Desirable extras.
