Purpose of the role:

Ensuring the legally required reporting in the area of HR, e.g. as per EU CSR directive, up-to-date defined reporting incl. the realignment of the reporting of global HR key figures for the Fresenius Kabi Management Board.


  • You will collect, maintain, analyze, and monitor employee related KPIs; develop and implement new global KPIs considering business aspects; prepare Management Board presentations on the KPIs.
  • You will develop and conduct training for efficient non-financial data reporting processes ensuring the EU CSRD requirements, in close alignment with relevant internal functions.
  • You collaborate closely with various internal teams to collect employee-related data, translate complex data into meaningful narratives for various stakeholders.
  • You participate in developing performance dashboards, tools and databases to track, evaluate and report implementation and progress against company goals and stakeholder requirements.
  • You will review and strengthen internal controls for non-financial reporting and establish standard operating procedures, with a special focus on the qualitative data collection process for the CSRD-required KPIs.
  • You will accompany the annual auditing process and coordinate external non-financial audits.
  • You will analyze internal and external stakeholder requirements for data and align them with reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD, EcoVadis, BAFA Report).
  • You will occasionally manage HR projects in Global Human Resources and special projects of the Management Board with the involvement of Global Human Resources.

  • You have completed your studies in Human Resources or sustainability management, business administration or similar.
  • You bring a proven track record in (non-financial) reporting and data analysis for a minimum of 5+ years; HR-related reporting experience is an advantage for us.
  • You bring experience in the implementation of global projects.
  • You are familiar with the structures and set up of an HR organization within an international and Matrix driven company.
  • You combine your strategic and conceptual skills with a strong analytical and conceptual understanding of KPIs.
  • You have a fundamental understanding of HR key figures, human rights issues.
  • You have a diverse experience in creating user-friendly Excel dashboards; knowledge of HR-specific tools such as Workday is a plus.
  • You take accountability and ensure high quality standards for completing your tasks.
  • You are enthusiastic and have a high degree of self-motivation.
  • You are fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
