KGaA team in Einbeck (Germany) as a Data Governance Analyst (all gender).

How can you contribute to the team ?
  • As a member of Research & Development (R&D) Digital Product and Technology Development you will contribute to our Data Governance Program and establish trust in our R&D data enabling FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable) principles;
  • You partner with stakeholders from different domains from R&D and Business Units to define and document standards, policies and procedures;
  • You work with metadata management and cataloging systems; create master tables; and support data classification models;
  • You are part of data quality initiatives and help us to integrate data silos;
  • You strongly advocate for the data governance principles and support training on existing policies
  • You engage with external service providers to establish data governance tools.

Which strengths will help you in this position?
  • University degree or equivalent certification in computer science, statistics or related fields plus hands-on experience with data governance;
  • You are self-organized, and hold the ability to drive topics and solve problems;
  • Strong communication skills in fluent English language (German is a plus);
  • You never stop learning: willingness to develop competences and pursue career on data governance with availability to participate in further trainings.
