As an Operations Excellence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational processes and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include process adherence, digitalization initiatives, quality improvement, and governance. You will work closely with various teams to drive continuous improvement and support the organization in achieving its operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Adherence:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes.

TMS Management:

  • Oversee Transport Management Systems (TMS) communication.
  • Manage specific TMS cases requiring unique validation.

Digitalization Initiatives:

  • Identify and implement digitalization opportunities to reduce costs and enhance efficiencies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Detect and address quality issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement.

Governance and Compliance:

  • Maintain operations manuals.
  • Support governance policies and ensure compliance through audits and reviews.

Leadership:

  • Lead decision-making for operational activities with governance or compliance implications.
  • Collaborate with Management for alignment on critical decisions.

  • Vocational education in freight forwarding.
  • Proven experience in operations management or process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of TMS and other relevant systems.
  • Good skills in Excel and PowerBI
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with digitalization projects.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
