In the course of further expansion, we are offering a position as Area Manager for the region Europe.
- Manage the commercial Team Europe with full account and business development responsibility.
- Build and execute the regional growth strategy, in line with the corporate vision and strategy.
- Full responsibility for the regional sales budget, credit management and profit targets.
- Lead and coordinate the activity of the Account Managers, support and grow talented individuals.
- Coordination and optimization of the internal processes of the R&D, QM and marketing departments.
- Organization and implementation of trade fairs, customer events and constant internal education of your team.
- Acquisition and development of relationships with C-Level of Key Accounts, supporting your team in the market.
- Travelling throughout the region Europe, approximately 30% of your time.
- Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales
- Proven experience in the Fragrance Industry or closely related FMCG sector.
- Excellent leadership skills, engaging appearance and passion for Fragrance.
- Confident, trustworthy, welcoming and empathic personality.
- Fluent in German and English is a must, any other language is a plus.
- Hands-on mentality, willingness to travel and interest in intercultural exchange.
