  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals in digital asset sector.
  • Lead by example in negotiating and closing significant deals.
  • Managing and overseeing the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closure, Also ensure high level of customer satisfaction by excellent sales service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to create your own pipeline and business opportunities and share insights with the team.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to align strategies with business objectives, providing reports on performance and market opportunities.
  • Represent the company at events and conferences, fostering relationship that leads to business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support sales initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 or 3 years of sales experience in the technology, financial services or digital asset sectors with a proven track record.
  • Ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the digital asset market and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track sales metrics and use data for strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Established network with the financial services sector with a talent to leverage connections.
