Global Procurement Contract Manager (m/f/x)


  • Responsible for the entire life cycle of contracts, from creation to termination
  • Leading contract negotiations with suppliers and partners
  • Assessment and quantification of economic and legal risks
  • Ensuring that contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintaining and organizing contract-related documents and records
  • Ensuring the availability of up-to-date contracts for relevant stakeholders
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure contracts meet operational requirements
  • Communicating with external partners and suppliers on contractual matters

  • Bachelors or Master in supply chain, economics, law or equal education
  • Professional experience in a comparable position desirable
  • Negotiation skills, rhetoric and solid knowledge of contract management
  • Very good time management as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as persuasive skills
