Your day at NTT DATA The Senior Client Partner - Managed Networking role is a consultative sales role responsible for positioning expertise and results-oriented solutions to clients across the entire networking portfolio. This includes SDWAN & LAN, campus networks, cloud networks, network security (SASE), managed collaboration and full network outsourcing amongst others. Above all, the role requires a proven ability to source and close new strategic managed network opportunities with new or existing enterprise customers. The role will work either on an overlay basis, supporting the Client Management teams and Networking deal makers, or depending on the opportunity directly as the responsible primary contact for the client. It is critical that Client Partners can operate easily within the client's C-suite and gain trusted advisor status within the stakeholder community. What you'll be doing Key Roles and Responsibilities: Achieving the individual new business target (bookings - gross profit) Building and managing a sales pipeline to achieve the individual business target Generating and qualifying leads and opportunities Creating and implementing success plans, including business plans and strategic account plans Collaborate with other sales teams as part of a team approach that leads to success Development of an "opportunity win strategy" Responsibility for capitalizing on sales opportunities and managing the sales team Converting qualified leads into closed deals Create stakeholder maps within customers and ensure regular engagement to build trust in NTT Ltd. Ensure CRM and other tools are updated with all sales activities and reports and pipeline progress Experience, knowledge, skills and attributes required Degree in Technical or Sales field (preferred, but not essential) or relevant experience equivalent to a degree 5+ years' experience in a large IT organisation with focusing on sales experience with global, regional and/or large accounts with an application focus Typically requires demonstrable field sales experience. Demonstrated client engagement and business development experience with requisite understanding of relevant markets and market penetration strategies Exposure to Managed Services and a detailed understanding of MS approach to business Understand financial statements and metrics, including revenue, expense control, and growth relative to market in order to hold strategic client conversations A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings Workplace type: Hybrid Working About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
