Are you an experienced Agile Coach passionate about leading agile transformations on a global scale? Based at our EMEA Headquarters in Hamburg, this role offers the opportunity to join our primarily remote working global team at Olympus and drive our agile transition to the next level.

  • Provide executive agile coaching to global management, leadership, hardware and software product development teams, and internal suppliers
  • Train global management teams and project teams on agile product development and project management
  • Develop and mentor Agile Coaches within the Olympus network
  • Collaborate with a new global team to drive Olympus' agile transition
  • Offer functional leadership for local Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters
  • Strategize on Olympus' global agile transition
  • Pioneer new areas of agility within Olympus

  • Certification as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Product Owner appreciated, project management certification (IPMA® Level B or PMI® PMP) advantageous
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach for product development projects, including scaled approaches like SAFe, Nexus and LeSS
  • Long-standing, extensive experience in an international matrix organization with focus on product development in a highly regulated environment, preferably within the MedTech industry
  • Proficiency in English and German; Japanese a plus
  • Strong ability to identify, drive and implement efficiency improvement and change initiatives
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement for both team and self
  • Excellent intercultural competence to collaborate in a global network
  • Willingness to travel (~20%)
