As a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our market segment Flexible you will support our national and international customer relations. Through your communication skills, you will strengthen our customer loyalty and attract new customers to help us achieve our sales targets for roll-to-roll vacuum coating equipment.   • Global sales activities with focus on our roll-to-roll vacuum coating machines for flexible substrates
  • Developing and expanding our market position, driving the sales strategy of the market segment Flexible and development of long-term partnerships with key customers
  • Creating technically complex offers and maintaining customer contact during the offer phase
  • Constantly monitoring market developments and trends and assuring input in the organization
  • Sales support and coordination of sales and marketing activities of the external organization
  • Sup­port­ing with project planning and implementation and working closely together with the head of the market segment, product management and product development in re­gard to all 4P mar­ket­ing activ­it­ies in­clud­ing product lifecycle man­age­ment

  • Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in industrial engineering, technical sales management or physics
  • International sales or product management experience in the vacuum coating business beneficial
  • Flu­ent in busi­ness Eng­lish; know­ledge of Ger­man advantegeous
  • Trust­worthy, con­vin­cing and loy­al per­son with a high goal ori­ent­a­tion
  • Strong customer and market focus and excellent communication with professional representation skills
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
