Join our team and you'll partner with senior leaders of our Tech, Product and, Marketing divisions on a global level to design and deliver a proactive, customer-focused people strategy in line with strategic business goals.

Working in the Across Markets People Partner department, you will play a critical role in the transformation of culture, HR operating routines, change management, and leadership expectations. This role will be supported by our global Centres of Excellence to ensure consistent delivery of HR best practice: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent & Development.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and develop excellent relationships with functional leaders across our business and coach and influence them on how to achieve their people related objectives.
  • Lead in the design and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to deliver cultural change and partner and coach managers through transformational and change management steps to ensure a positive and respectful cultural shift in region.
  • Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee engagement in order to recommend systemic improvements.
  • Partner with leaders to develop the talent strategy needed to support our growth and build a work environment where employees can thrive and grow.
  • Work closely with specialist central HR teams, as well as matrixed site and international HR colleagues, keep the right focus on assessing the HR needs in areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, and compensation/rewards.

  • Min 5 years HR Business Partner/HRM experience, including experience working with senior management in a multinational setting; ideally in a fast-paced, digital environment preferred.
  • Demonstrate the ability to coach, support, challenge, motivate and influence others and possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills, to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Able to apply a commercial approach and business acumen to ensure service is aligned to business goals and that the People agenda supports the business strategy.
  • Experience of managing a cultural shift or transformational change.
  • Fluency in German and English
