Die Beta Film mit Sitz in Oberhaching bei München produziert, finanziert und vertreibt qualitativ hochwertige deutsche und internationale TV- und Filmproduktionen. Unser Portfolio reicht von BABYLON BERLIN über SISI bis zu Oscargewinnern wie DAS LEBEN DER ANDEREN. Darüber hinaus vertreiben wir einen der größten Filmkataloge in Europa. Wir kooperieren dabei eng mit öffentlichen und privaten Sendern, Plattformen und Spartenkanälen, Produktionsfirmen, Kinoverleihern sowie Organisatoren großer Film- und Fernsehfestivals. Neben unseren Büros in den USA, Lateinamerika, Asien und Europa halten wir Anteile an verschiedenen deutschen und europäischen Produktionsunternehmen.

Beta Film is represented at all major festivals and TV markets including Berlin, Cannes, London, to name a few, and works closely with international distributors, streamers, TV broadcasters, producers, and directors.

Working student (m/f/d)
Limited to 6 months with an option for elongation
- Unterstützung des Sales Teams im Bereich Einkauf und Verkauf
- Vorbereitung und Betreuung von internen und externen Kundenveranstaltungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung
- Pflege von internen und externen Datenbanken
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von internationalen TV-Messen
- Recherche
- Allgemeine Büroarbeiten
- Support of the sales team in the field of acquisition and sales in the region of Asia
- Preparation and support of internal and external customer events in cooperation with the marketing department
- Maintenance of internal and external databases
- Support in the preparation of international TV trade fairs
- Research
- General office work
- Immatrikulierter Student*in (m/w/d) vorzugsweise im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Film- oder Medienwirtschaft oder ein Studienfach mit Schwerpunkt Asien
- Organisationstalent und hohes Maß an Sorgfalt
- Verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Von Vorteil wären sehr gute Kenntnisse einer asiatischen Sprache (außer chinesisch, da intern schon abgedeckt)
- Enrolled student (m/f/d), preferably in the field of business administration, film or media studies or a subject with focus on Asia
- Talent for organizing and a high degree of diligence
- Working with high responsibility and the ability to find solutions
- Reliable and experienced use of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Very good knowledge of an Asian language would be an advantage (except Chinese, as already covered internally)
