To strengthen our team in Winnenden as soon as possible, we are looking for a dedicated Legal Counsel (m/f/d) EMEA Key responsibilities: Reporting to the Legal Director EMEA located in Germany with a dotted line to VP Legal Affairs EMEA in Maidenhead, UK/Headquarter Daily legal support to the multiple companies across the EMEA region Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution and service contracts Work on projects related to competition law Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns Monitoring GDPR / Data privacy compliance Collating billing information Assisting with signing and closing procedures, as well as collating signature packs and executing documents Involvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-out Conducting legal research What you'll need: Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK Proven experience in Commercial/Contract law, ideally in an international environment Experience and knowledge in competition/cartel law preferential Experience and knowledge in data privacy a plus but not a must Ability to communicate (verbal and written) clearly and effectively with business stakeholders at all levels Business English essential (German a plus) Hands-on mentality with a business pragmatic approach Pro-active team player that can also work independently and prioritise in accordance with business' needs Organised and structured Willingness to travel frequently to the UK/Maidenhead Your perks: Flexible, trust-based working hours (40 hours per week) and 30 days annual leave Company pension scheme Free parking spaces directly next to the office and good public transport connections Fresh fruit, water and hot beverages for free Company fitness via «EGYM Wellpass« and bike leasing via «JobRad« EAP (mental support for employees) Learning platforms such as «GoodHabitz« and «Learn TTI« for your professional development Special employee benefits via «Family & Friends« and additional corporate benefits Are you interested?
