We, the Customer Operations Team, develop IT solutions that support the Daimler Truck Aftersales organization. This requires modern solutions for support, knowledge management and data analysis.

Your tasks will be:

  • As Product Owner for Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), you are responsible for the creation, design, and further development of our telecommunications solutions, such as telephony, SMS, chat.
  • You define your own services and integrate third-party services to map innovative/interactive solutions.
  • Here you will manage the agile (further) development of our ACD products using the SCRUM process model, including the transfer of the new requirements into user stories and their assessment.
  • You develop sustainable support, operating and further development models and implement them operationally.
  • Your area of responsibility also includes overarching budget planning and control, as well as quality assurance and cost control.
  • You support management in the evaluation of solutions and thus lead to decisions

Personal skills:

  • Degree (informatics, business informatics, mathematics, economics or similar) or comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge of heterogeneous IT architectures, complex distributed IT infrastructures and modern technologies such as Azure, AWS, REST APIs
  • Practical experience in implementing contact center solutions and strong technology knowledge, ideally Genesys
  • Experience in planning and implementing complex projects and interdisciplinary teams (project management experience and project management methods & tools)
  • Experience in preparing strategic decisions and target group-oriented communication at all management levels
  • IPMA or PMI project management certification is a plus
  • Practical experience in application management and support
  • English proficiency; German is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and high level of commitment
  • Result-oriented, independent work with a strong team orientation
