This role will give you a great mix of responsibilities from candidate management and active sourcing to running projects and offering recruitment business partnership.
Your key tasks:
- Win the best talent for Avaloq – even go the extra mile to find them
- Provide the best experience for our candidates
- Collaborate with our hiring managers – guide, support, explain, understand, challenge them
- Ideate, implement, and try out. Don't be afraid to kill your prototype (speaking in terms of new recruiting concepts and strategies)
- Show us where we can improve. Engage in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- Strong proven track record of hands-on recruitment including active sourcing and candidate pipelining.
- Take a key role in local and global Talent and HR projects.
- A fast thinker and someone who's keen & committed to take on challenges, projects and initiatives
- Work with the global team to improve processes and share best practices.
- Must have full professional fluency in English and German
- Prior experience recruiting in the Technology or banking sectors
- Experience of using SmartRecruiters ATS
- Experience of coming up with creative ways to increase the diversity of applicants.
