We are looking for you for an exciting and varied working student position in Human Resources.
- As part of our HR team, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into all HR activities, from operational topics to strategic tasks
- With your strong analytical skills, you support the team in adhoc data analysis, regularly create reports and draw conclusions from them for our HR work
- You will take up ideas or challenges and independently develop solutions that consider all aspects
- You support our team with project-related topics and create PowerPoint presentations for all kind of topics
- You study for a Master's or Bachelor's degree and have already gained some HR experience
- You have passion for modernizing HR work
- You are proactive, open-minded and an internationally focused team player
- You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- You have an affinity to IT topics and like to explore new techniques & approaches
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
