- Accompanying and Monitoring Technicians:
- Assisting and supervising technicians during their work in the laboratory and company premises.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Documenting the work carried out and reporting any irregularities to the appropriate departments.
- Organizational and Practical Tasks in Office Management:
- Reception duties such as welcoming and assisting visitors, handling phone and email correspondence
- Replenishing and ensuring the availability of refreshments in office kitchens, including stocking coffee machines.
- Supporting the organization and execution of internal events and meetings.
- General administrative tasks and assisting the office management team.
- Enrolled student at a university or college.
- Independent and reliable working style.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Good organizational skills and meticulous working habits.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
