Our Procurement team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!
The diverse procurement team comprises 150 professionals from 28 different nationalities, spanning across four countries: Germany, UK, Netherlands, and Sweden. Together, they manage an annual spend of 1.5+ billion euros, strategically sourcing products and services across various spend categories.
- You will be part of the Procurement Governance & Perfomance team which focusses on performance, governance, SRM, sustainability and cultural topics
- You will be responsible and key contact for Uniper Procurement's SRM approach with a focus on added value and sustainability
- You will be driving the continuous improvement of supplier processes consisting of onboarding, risk management, segmentation, performance measurement & evaluation as well as strategic partnerships & engagements
- You will ensure the necessary transparency about key supplier data, e.g., by developing reports and dashboards
- You will provide support and ad-hoc information, e.g., for management meetings
- You will collect and bring in external insights regarding trends and industry benchmarks in the field of SRM
- You will coordinate supplier surveys to improve our processes and the collaboration with suppliers
- You are educated in economics, finance, legal, environmental science or equivalent education
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in the industry and procurement
- You are able to deal with complicated issues in a simple, precise, comprehensive and concise manner
- You take ownership, are agile and proactive in driving topics
- You are strong in identifying improvement potentials and coming up with solution proposals
- You have project management experience including structuring problems, implementing solutions and managing the change process
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, in addition to strong presence and team spirit
