Our Renewables team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
We are looking for an investment analyst to join our Commercial Analysis & Market Intelligence team. Your responsibilities include:
- Be part of the centre of competence within Uniper Renewables for the financial modelling for internal project development, investment opportunity valuations but also for asset rotation and divestments
- Work with the development and technical teams to evaluate and assess various investment opportunities and prepare, present and communicate the results
- Coordinate the internal valuation process from problem definition and data gathering to results and communication
- Develop the financial modelling tools for Solar PV and Onshore Wind for various internal and external requirements ranging from development partnerships, greenfield origination to financial decisions
- Implement as well as continuously enhance best-practice discounted cashflow model structures
- Support in the strategy and business development process
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or comparable studies
- Expertise in financial modelling and valuation topics and excellent skills in MS Office tools
- Understanding of the European Energy Markets, especially the renewables sector. Experience in energy industry is seen as a merit
- Understanding of the value drives behind Solar PV and Onshore Wind
- Good problem solving skills
- Fluent English, additional languages as a bonus
- Appreciation for cultural differences
