As our Senior Manager / Director Digital Marketing Enteral Nutrition (m/f/d) you will be part of the Enteral Nutrition Strategic Marketing & Portfolio team. Being an active team member, you will be co-designing the global digital marketing strategy and annual digital brand plan for Enteral Nutrition based on in-depth knowledge of customer needs and market dynamics.

Your role will involve creating and managing a best-in class global operational framework for digital marketing & performance tracking and roll this out to regions / markets. You will develop, manage, implement, and continuously improve our brand presence in all relevant channels (both patients and healthcare professionals) and across the brand funnel.


  • You will create a best-in class global operational framework for digital marketing and eCommerce
  • You will set up global performance tracking dashboard and ensure smooth roll-out to local markets
  • You understand the patient and healthcare professional digital journeys and company / local infrastructures as an input to the strategy and plans
  • As digital lead you develop the enteral nutrition long-term digital marketing strategy and annual digital activation plan in collaboration with the strategic marketing team
  • You are responsible for the development global SEM and social media campaign toolkits and roll-out to regions / markets
  • You will strongly collaborate with regional and corporate internal digital partners to ensure set-up and roll-out of global strategy, framework and tools are aligned
  • You will ensure the continuous optimization of our key digital asset, Fresubin.com. This will entail choice of the right agency partner, smooth transition of 25 country sites to a new CMS and continuous optimization of site (technical SEO), UX and content
  • You will liaise with markets to support local digital requests
  • You will take the Lead for the “Digital Tribe” Community with the objective to foster digital mind-set in global, region, countries through trainings, best practice and industry case sharing
  • You will manage the digital budget
  • Management of external agencies that provide services for our digital marketing activities will also be part of your role
  • You will represent the BU Digital Marketing in global workstreams resp. liaise with global commercial excellence, digital transformation, IT etc.

  • You bring a solid track record (minimum of 7+ years work experience) in digital marketing from the healthcare industry, food / fmcg, OTC or consumer goods industry where Omnichannel customer engagement is mature
  • You have experience in working within a multinational and Matrix driven organisation
  • You have a strong drive for results, sense of urgency, and ability to deliver customer value underpinned by autonomous and effective decision-making abilities
  • You are a creative thinker with a growth mindset, learning agility, and with the ability to develop innovative strategies and plans
  • You have demonstrated strong project leadership and influencing skills across matrix organisations
  • You have capacity for complex data analyses to optimize the brand and deliver on opportunities
  • You are able to translate science into stories for patients and healthcare professionals
  • You gained experience in both local and regional / global roles would be ideal
  • You offer excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You have intercultural sensitivity as you will be dealing with colleagues and external partners from around the world
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
