  • As a Working Student (m/f/d), you support our Post Market Quality team (responsible for processing product complaints)
  • You support in processing product complaints in the complaint management system
  • Processing inbound and outbound complaint items is part of your tasks
  • You monitor actions assigned to subsidiaries in the EMEA region or manufacturing sites globally
  • You also execute complaint monitoring, write reports and contribute to improving them

  • You are a student (m/f/d) of Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management or another technical or scientific branch of study
  • You have basic knowledge on regulatory requirements regarding complaint handling in the field of medical devices
  • You also have basic knowledge of quality management methods
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office is part of your qualifications
  • You have good command of English
  • You describe yourself as team player
  • You have good communication skills (collaborative approach) and are open-minded
