We are seeking a proactive and creative Working Student to join our team in the area of watersystems. In this role, you will serve as the interface between our marketing communication, product and local sales teams, with a focus on driving brand activation initiatives and creating engaging content. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and content creation while working closely with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Interface between Teams: Act as a liaison between the marketing communication, product and local sales teams, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment on brand activation initiatives.
  • Brand Activation Planning: Assist in the development of brand activation strategies and plans, working closely with the activation managers.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content across various channels, including social media, website, email, and print materials, to support brand activation initiatives and engage target audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of brand activation campaigns, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking performance metrics, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and opportunities for brand activation, providing valuable input to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand activation initiatives, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation, demonstrated through a portfolio of previous work or projects.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or video editing software.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
