Working Student (m/w/d) - IT Governance & IT Architecture

(for 20 hours/week)

Are you a tech-savvy student eager to gain real-world experience in IT Management? Our bank is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced IT professionals, contribute to various IT projects and ensuring our systems and processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.


  • IT Management: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including preparation of workshops, colleague onboarding and team meetings
  • Project Assistance: Participate in IT projects, providing support for planning and implementation phases
  • IT Audits: Support the IT Compliance team in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits
  • Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain and update IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and IT system landscape
  • Risk Assessment: Participate in risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential technology risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide input on improving IT processes and controls, including automation

  • Currently enrolled as Bachelor- or Master student (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Engineering, Business/ IT Consulting, Business Law or a related field)
  • You have a keen interest in learning about technology management, governance and compliance in a banking environment
  • You have strong communication skills and are confident in interacting with different stakeholders
  • You think analytically and pay attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS office (Outlook, PowerPoint), Jira / Confluence skills and MS Visio are a plus
  • You have very good English skills. German is a plus
  • Interest in pursuing a career in IT compliance, IT management or related field
