The Global Talent Management Team at Munich Re acts as a Center of Excellence that leads the conceptual design and continuous improvement of our global Talent Management Landscape across the globe. Our Global Team is divided into three sub-teams: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Talent Programs and Learning & Leadership Development.

We are looking for a motivated, reliably and open-minded Working Student for our Talent Solutions sub-team to the next possible date, to support to program manager in the global team. You are an important part of the team by supporting our day-to-day business and wide range of projects and initiatives. We empower and support you to grow your knowledge about global talent management and to learn more about talent programs, to take ownership of your tasks, show initiative and be responsible for them.

You will be part of a great and supportive global team with many learning and development opportunities and important tasks.

  • Support with the organization of program events online and in person
  • Collaborate with the team members by talking ownership of certain workstreams and topic areas
  • Responsibility for communication & change activities by creating content (presentations, storyboards, posts) for our internal and external communication channels
  • Assist in updating our manual data management and reporting tools
  • Support the recruiting and onboarding process of new working student & interns

  • You are interested in a part-time working student position during the semester at the next possible date (requirement: enrollment in a university and a valid work & residence permit).
  • You have an academic background in HR, economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, communication or a comparable field. Preferably you have almost completed your Bachelor`s degree or already started your Master´s.
  • You have the ability to work independently in hybrid and diverse teams and enjoy working on a variety of projects.
  • You´re a quick learner, have an open and communicative nature and a hands on mentality with the capability to deliver results.
  • You have excellent communication & writing skills in English and German (native speaker in one of the languages preferred).
  • You´re highly interested in Global HR processes, strategy & communication.

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
