Overview

A SAP Training Expert with SAP Enable Now experience is a specialized role focusing on the development, implementation, and optimization of training programs for SAP software solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of SAP ERP systems and particularly their integration with the EnableNow tool, to create effective and engaging training materials and concepts that cater to various learning styles and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Training Concepts: Design comprehensive training strategies and plans that utilize SAP EnableNow to enhance user competence and performance as key success factor of an ongoing global SAP template rollout program
  • Manage Training Programs: Oversee the training program from design through implementation, including resource allocation
  • Create Training Materials: Develop transaction documentations, simulations and e-learning materials, while also aligning training needs with the test teams
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Implement evaluations and exams to track learning progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project teams, management, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with organizational goals and project objectives
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly update training materials and methods based on user feedback, technological advancements, and best practices in the field

  • Technical Expertise: good overall knowledge of SAP ERP systems, with specific expertise in SAP Enable Now and E-Learning authoring tools (e.g. Knowledge Worker)
  • Experience in Training and Development: Proven track record of creating and managing effective training programs within a corporate setting
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to lead training projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet all deadlines and budget requirements
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze training needs and user feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey training concepts and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Didactic Know-How: Skilled in educational methodologies and learning management systems to maximize learning outcomes
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing sufficient training budgets to cover all necessary expenses related to software licensing and training material preparation
  • Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Living experience in Europe and working experience in a European-based company
