For our STS department we are looking for a team lead for the control and communication technology team!
- Team management with personnel responsibility for the C&I Services team (e.g. performance management, personnel development)
- Technical concept and basic planning, including the preparation of tender documents and implementation of power generation projects; gas technology and renewable energies
- Definition and implementation of quality assurance measures
- Project management in compliance with the relevant technical rules, regulations and laws
- Development of technical standards for implementing quality requirements in the planning phase
- Contract management
- Implementation of the Uniper safety culture as early as the planning phase
- University degree or equivalent education with a specialization in control or communications engineering
- Experience in dealing with suppliers (technical and commercial)
- Technical expertise in the planning and adaptation of Siemens and/or ABB power plant control systems and in the planning of communication systems
- Project management experience
- Strong process orientation, as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility, Ability to work in a team, good organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages are welcome
- Willingness to travel, driving license class B
