Our IT Department in Hannover and Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Leading medium/large Cloud teams who manage the day to day running of Cloud and DevSecOps platforms
- Previous experience working with Cloud Infrastructure management (incident, problem, change, service requests) & standard secure development platforms and building teams to deliver solutions in an automated way
- Experience at optimising teams to deliver solutions to complex problems at pace
- Responsible for Customer success with the continued development of Operational Excellence
- Proactively support the stakeholders to ensure services meet the current needs
- Woking closely with Head of Cloud Engineering & Cloud Centre of Excellence to drive the cloud strategy
- Further develop lifecycle and evergreen management ensuring we are compliant and secure
- Drive a resilience culture by supporting with appropriate business continuity testing
- You have the passion and drive for leadership following the Uniper way and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and business excellence
- Proven/extensive experience leading inspiring and mentoring large/medium sized Azure cloud infrastructure teams
- Proven track record with DevSecOps Platforms
- Certified Azure, ITIL and project management skills
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Operational Excellence and user focused
- High ability to deal with conflicts and cope with stress
- You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in non-technical terms
- Influence senior stakeholders, and to operate both tactically and strategically to influence in the short and long term
- Fluent in English, German language skills an advantage
- Good interpersonal in verbal and written communication skills such as chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, presenting to peers and building personal networks
