- Handle complex assignments associated with IT Hardware, IT Software, IT infrastructure, IT Consulting, and other topics related to IT
- Maintain and improve relationships with internal business partners as a key account
- Have a leading role during the whole procurement and strategy development
- Global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, cost driver identification, working capital management, process improvement
- Supplier Base optimization
- Lead the process until contract signature and support Tactical purchasing team for the P.O creation
- Presentation of the contract to the internal business partner and follow up with contract management.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in IT or purchasing environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English, German is a plus, Spanish appreciated
- Proven effective negotiation skills
- Proven ability for cross-functional cooperation
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Project Management and Leadership skills are welcomed
- SAP Basic skills
