Immatics combines the discovery of true targets for cancer immunotherapies with the development of the right T cell receptors with the goal of enabling a robust and specific T cell response against these targets. You will work in Tübingen (Germany). Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team's success.
Your mission
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Main responsibility for consolidation and external reporting including compilation of financial reporting to the SEC in a SOX compliant environment.
- Ensure IFRS compliant accounting for complex transactions.
- Work closely with our external auditors and other internal and external parties on our financial reporting.
- Enhance and shape our accounting policies and manual, and ensure global implementation.
- Support and enhance our consolidation software LucaNet.
- Report to the Vice President of SEC Reporting and Accounting in Germany.
You hold a degree in Business Administration or similar. You have experience in Group Accounting of 3-5 years, either as an external auditor or in a corporate. Ideally you have a strong knowledge of IFRS as well as experience in a SOX environment. Your competence and experience and your excellent communication skills enable you to successfully contribute to the enhancement of the processes of our global Finance Department.
We expect a high degree of independent working, analytical reasoning and excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
