  • Maintaining current and establishing new business contacts with clients;
  • Preparing sales offers and presentations in accordance with company system requirements and standards;
  • Collaborating with the project team in preparing offers (designers and technical department);
  • Finalizing order details with suppliers, subcontractors, and exhibition facilities;
  • Personal / remote supervision of project execution correctness;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the exhibition stands industry, visual communication, or advertising agency;
  • Native proficiency in German and proficiency in English at level C1;
  • Proficient computer skills (including Office, working with CRM software for project management);
  • Independence, ambition, goal orientation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes;
  • A personal client portfolio in the exhibition industry is welcomed.
