- Maintaining current and establishing new business contacts with clients;
- Preparing sales offers and presentations in accordance with company system requirements and standards;
- Collaborating with the project team in preparing offers (designers and technical department);
- Finalizing order details with suppliers, subcontractors, and exhibition facilities;
- Personal / remote supervision of project execution correctness;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the exhibition stands industry, visual communication, or advertising agency;
- Native proficiency in German and proficiency in English at level C1;
- Proficient computer skills (including Office, working with CRM software for project management);
- Independence, ambition, goal orientation, and problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to travel for business purposes;
- A personal client portfolio in the exhibition industry is welcomed.
