HR Business Partner (m/f/x)

Role:

In the role you translate HR and business requirements to our core values "Innovation, Integrity, Accountability". As a knowledgeable partner for your client base you serve as key HR contact for your leaders and employees and support their growth and globalization.


  • Act as a business partner to a defined client base to provide HR expertise, guidance, advice and provide coaching to leaders
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with defined leaders and provide proactive strategic partnership
  • Manage recruitment activities with client base
  • Act as a trusted change manager to the organization. Support your clients with workshop solutions in close cooperation with COEs
  • Develop and maintain productive relationship with Work Council and lead Work Council negotiations. Additionally manage labour law discussions
  • Close collaboration with HR colleagues in the Centers of Excellence to execute Talent & Leadership programs and compensation annual cycle
  • Manage HR Projects, both within the business units and on European level

  • University Degree (Master degree) with HR related diploma or significant HR expertise
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationship with clients, also in an international environment
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders and support change initiatives
  • Ability to work in the matrix and manage conflicting timings and priorities
  • Ideally experienced in collaboration with German Work Council
  • Ideally working experience in Pharma Industry sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
