International Pricing Manager (m/f/diverse)
Fulltime, with immediate effect
In this role, you develop, in close cooperation with the Business Units, the overall price strategy for our multi-channel business in the complexity of a transparent world.
- Lead and coordinate the International Pricing department with one direct report
- Lead and develop the pricing strategy for our business units towards channels and steer the operational pricing processes
- Assure governance on pricing procedures and continuously monitor and improve current pricing processes
- Analyse financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability
- Initiate and consult on necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters (base prices, discount programs, promotional campaigns, competitor monitoring, etc.)
- Continuously spar and exchange with commercial teams to align pricing and channel margin needs and provide the right pricing guidance, support and strategies
- Educate the organization in the power of pricing offering training, tools and analyses
- Support the development and implementation of pricing trials
- Be first level support and advise on competition-related matters across all business topics
- Monitor compliance with transfer pricing towards subsidiaries and distribution partners
- Successfully completed studies in the area of Business Administration or similar
- Several years of professional experience in pricing, pricing management or international sales
- Proven experience in the management of pricing-related projects as well as a strong commercial awareness with the ability to solve business issues; with a strong understanding of the impact of pricing on margins and volumes
- Ability to identify and anticipate potential business opportunities/threats and understanding for contract negotiations
- Expertise in regulatory and competition matters
- Spoken and written English and German
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills, technical understanding and well-organized and structured work approach
