We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the U.S.A for our SaaS platform for environmental footprint analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of sustainability initiatives and environmental impact assessment methodologies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across various industries.


  • Create a sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets for Opteinics environmental footprint SaaS platform.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for environmental footprint analysis services.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments related to environmental sustainability and life cycle analysis.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of life cycle analysis methodologies and environmental footprint assessment techniques in the food industry or agriculture.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools (specifically HubSpot
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
