ISMS-SOX Specialist (m/f/d)

- We are looking for a dedicated ISMS/SOX Specialist to help us maintain the highest standards of security and compliance.
- ISMS:
- Maintain and develop our ISMS according to ISO 27001:2022.
- Develop, implement, and review security policies and procedures.
- Perform risk assessments and treatments.
- Monitor and control the effectiveness of the ISMS.
- Continuously improve security KPIs.
- Conduct awareness training for employees on security matters.
- Test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plans.
- SOX
- Maintain and enhance SOX controls.
- Conduct SOX tests and assessments.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external consultants, and auditors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field, or comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical environment.
- Information Security Management training certificates is a plus.
- High interest in Cyber Security Defense Systems.
- Strong technical interest and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, a structured and well-organized work style, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; business fluent in German is a plus.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, independent work style, a problem-solving mentality, openness to personal development, and a quick, thorough approach.
- Highly self-responsible, with process-oriented thinking and a practical, analytical approach.
