/ You will be involved in the project management of international HR projects, such as remuneration and bonus projects for management and streamlining processes
/ You will create data analysis, presentations, and decision-making documents
/ You will provide general support in all regular activities in the Compensation & Benefits and Principles area and support the preparation of communication material
/ You will have the opportunity to use your creativity to implement and host team workshops driving a positive change
/ You will support the implementation of various modules in SAP SuccessFactors and get to know the system landscape
/ You are in advanced stage of your studies of business administration, social science law, human resources management or related and have ideally already gained experience in HR or project management.
/ You feel comfortable using MS Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
/ You are highly motivated, interested in pursuing a Human Resources career
/ You have good communication skills and creativity, you are a team player and work independently and precise
/ You speak fluently English, German is a plus
