As our Real Estate Project & Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) you will have a daily impact on all our employees and support the change towards a modern and hybrid working real estate concept. Together with your colleagues you contribute by:
- Taking care of real estate projects in Europe
- Managing leases and addenda
- Acting as real estate advisor and consultant to sales teams
- Leading active communication and coordination of internal & external parties
You will enjoy working partly remote in partnership with colleagues across Europe in a high performing, evolving world whilst using your strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to prioritize and organize the daily workload is outstanding as is your service orientation. You are a critical thinker who can make quick agile decisions with a determination to find the best outcome for all.
- Several years' experience in international real estate; preferably in project management and/or lease management
- Bachelor or Master in real estate management, engineering, civil engineering or architecture (FH / TH / university) or equivalent required
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with a variety of professionals from senior leadership to staff-level
- Very strong administrative skills, attention to detail and goal-orientated thinking
- Excellent communication skills paired with high social skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and French (German, Dutch or any other European language are a plus)
- Willingness to travel
