We at EOS, as part of the Otto Group, are looking for a motivated and experienced leader to join our IT team and lead our Collaboration Team as the M365 Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, as well as other tools like Seatti and Mural. - You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of our collaboration team, ensuring the global availability of our collaboration tools as well as the support and development of your team.
- You are the main contact person for our M365 environment and other collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Seatti and Mural and ensure their system availability, data integrity and security of the collaboration platforms.
- Therefore, your team and you will work closely with different departments to understand their requirements and develop customised solutions for them.
- You continuously observe current market trends and technological developments to ensure that the EOS Group is always at the cutting edge of technology.
- Finally, you will also manage the personnel budget as well as the budgets for the collaboration tools and conduct cost-benefit analyses for IT investments.
- You have several years of professional experience in managing M365, SharePoint and other collaboration tools in a cloud environment to enrich us with your expert knowledge.
- You have a deep understanding of IT infrastructures and security practices so that we can rely on you in terms of data protection.
- Ideally, you have already been responsible for leading teams and managing IT projects and are therefore decisive and assertive.
- In addition to technical aspects, cost-related aspects such as budget planning are no problem for you.
- Customer-orientation, empathetic stakeholder management and communication skills are your trademarks.
- You are fluent in English and love collaborating with 24 different European subsidies. German skills is only a plus.
