JOB DESCRIPTION
/ Providing end to end legal advice on TRATON Group's strategic M&A and cooperation projects
/ Working on the set-up of our Group Industrial Functions consisting of centralized R&D, production and purchasing functions
/ Being a trusted business partner by providing wholistic advice on projects including pointers to regulatory requirements, commercial issues and related corporate matters
/ Leading the core legal project work including due diligence as well as preparation and negotiation of transaction documents
/ Managing external counsel supporting these projects
YOUR SKILLS
/ German or international law degrees with results above average and qualified to be admitted to the bar
/ Automotive or other industry relevant practical experience in the above mentioned areas of a minimum of 10 years acquired in an international law firm or international company
/ Fluency in German and English is a must, additional language capabilities are a plus
/ Decisive personality with entrepreneurial spirit
/ A team player with interactive, communicative, structured working style, excellent negotiating skills, and high implementation speed
