We are looking for a Payroll Specialist (f/m/d) for a company based in Berlin, as soon as possible.
The entry takes place within the framework of temporary employment; you therefore receive a permanent work contract from Robert Half. - Process payroll for employees based in Peru, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Calculate payroll components including deductions, taxes, and benefits
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Correspond effectively with payroll offices in Peru to resolve issues and queries
- Stay updated on changes in Peruvian payroll laws and regulations
- Proven experience in payroll processing for Peruvian employees, ideally in an international context
- Strong understanding of Peruvian payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in Payroll is required; experience in staffing or similar sectors is not mandatory
- Familiarity with global payroll practices and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
