We are looking for a Payroll Specialist (f/m/d) for a company based in Berlin, as soon as possible.

  • Process payroll for employees based in Peru, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Calculate payroll components including deductions, taxes, and benefits
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
  • Correspond effectively with payroll offices in Peru to resolve issues and queries
  • Stay updated on changes in Peruvian payroll laws and regulations


  • Proven experience in payroll processing for Peruvian employees, ideally in an international context
  • Strong understanding of Peruvian payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience in Payroll is required; experience in staffing or similar sectors is not mandatory
  • Familiarity with global payroll practices and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
