At our site in Munich you will find both as Assistant (m/f/d) Application Engineering Your Responsibilities General administrative support and secretarial duties (e.g. correspondence, mail,) Ensure smooth operation of entire division from administrative point of view Timely submission of required reports based on provided input data Co-ordinate manager's and engineer's whereabouts and weekly schedule (customer visits, trainings, seminars, business trips, absences, etc.), keep overview and communicate them Assist team members with travel preparation, booking and expense reports Rental and pool car reservation and logistics Assist placement of orders and logistics, Assist with invitation letter and visa application of international visitors and colleagues, Visitor Support Organize, prepare and support meetings, arrangement of training and meeting rooms Asset administration and count (maintain the asset list of commonly used equipment) Co-ordinate workflow with other Assistants and secure back-up functions Prepare & generate presentations based on inputs Support and guide new employees on administrative issues Support and communicate to other departments Assist with company functions and events Special projects as assigned Your Qualifications Commercial degree / industrial apprenticeship Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English Expertise in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) Ability to learn and adopt to new IT tools, processes and tasks Billing and order management experience Strong team player and open communicator Ability to effectively plan own tasks and be able to operate "multi-tasking".
