Your Role:

The Treasury Operations team is responsible for the frictionless performance of the Treasury IT infrastructure. We provide the technical solutions to all subsidiaries of our company to perform their internal and external Treasury transactions and run the systems of our Inhouse Bank. We drive our global projects in a hands-on and result-driven way, always focusing on excellent service delivery. Treasury Operations is the reliable business partner when it comes to stable financial processes of the Inhouse Banks.

Our projects include roll-outs of new functionalities, onboarding of new subsidiaries, system upgrades and process automation. In your role you will be responsible for our future Treasury Datawarehouse, dealing with the Treasury teams in Darmstadt, Manila and Montevideo and internal stakeholders in IT, Business Services, Audit, Compliance, Tax and our external partners like banks and system providers. You will design and setup the future Treasury Datawarehouse, drive automation in data analytics and work together with the internal teams to visualize Treasury data insights. With your colleagues you report to the Head of Treasury Operations.

Who you are:

  • Master's degree in business informatics, mathematics, computer science, physics or a related field
  • Very good programming skills and experience in the creation of complex database queries
  • Experience working with complex datawarehouse setups and large amounts of data
  • Experience in the use of visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with various cloud based services and platforms like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, dbt Cloud, Data Vault 2.0 data model and others
  • Broad financial knowledge, especially in cash- and risk-management, of advantage
  • Excellent social, communication and English negotiation skills
