As our Real Estate Project Manager (m/f/d), you will have a daily impact on all our employees and support the change towards a modern and hybrid working real estate concept. Together with your colleagues and your team leader you contribute by:
Taking care of real estate projects in Central Europe
Acting as real estate advisor and consultant to sales teams as well as acting as sparring partner to Portfolio Managers
Leading active communication and coordination of internal & external parties
You will enjoy working partly remote in partnership with colleagues across Europe in a high performing, evolving world whilst using your strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to prioritize and organize the daily workload is outstanding as is your service orientation. You are a critical thinker who can make quick agile decisions with a determination to find the best outcome for all.
What you will bring to the role as a Real Estate Project Manager (m/f/d):
Bachelor or Master in real estate management, engineering, civil engineering or architecture (FH / TH / university) or equivalent required
Several years' experience in international project management and/or the completion of (construction) projects
Inclination and affinity for design and creation
Confidence in the assessment of planning concepts and alternatives
Well organized, structured and detail-oriented way of work
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency English and German level mandatory: French, Dutch or any other European language is a plus
Willingness to travel
Location: Düsseldorf, Cologne or Frankfurt am Main
