At ZDP, our goal is to accelerate ZEISS' digital transformation at speed and scale. We work with ZEISS business units to develop digital solutions and drive innovation that delivers future value. Our cross-functional team at Digital Business Innovation builds digital solutions and business models while driving strategic digital programs. We use customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking combined with business and strategy acumen.

You study communication science, psychology, anthropology, human–computer interaction, UX design - or a similar professional field

You are interested in design thinking, user research, UI/UX design and agile development

You have a basic knowledge of costumer user research and methods and want to learn more

You think and work in structured ways, are good at self-organizing, time and task management

You are interested in new technology and how it can improve human experiences

You are empathic and a great team player You are fluent in English and ideally also German

You live in Munich or a willing to relocate
